Update #27: Christ is Risen Alleluia!

FROM THE SSIH @ EASTER!

TO ALL BENEFACTORS AND BENEFACTRESSES. HE LIVES! And so LOVE REIGNS!!!

Ours was breathtaking as we gathered in the on going SSIH Seminary Compound in GBEM-VANDEIKYA LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF BENUE STATE NIGERIA-WEST AFRICA on SPY WEDNESDAY. (See and click on all the images of what is described posted below.)

All were truly amazed with the amount of work achieved in such a short time and truly 'SPIED' the environment wandering how could this be when we virtually survive each day as it comes?

Without the JUDAS' SPIRIT but with the HEART of ST. JOHN THE BELOVED we went through the TRIDUUM. The TENEBRAE was awesomely prepared by the SEMINARIANS and Catholic Traditions received it's recognition as never before as this was the first time many witnessed it but the MUD BLOCK BUILT TEMPORARY CHAPEL AND THE WINDOWS AND DOORS NOT YET COMPLETED saw the whole CANDLE LIGHTS at some points turning off as the soft blowing breeze of the morning could not wait to see the apostles betray Christ.

Generally it went well and the OUTDOOR STATIONS OF THE CROSS ROUND THE LITTLE TOWN OF GBEM ON FRIDAY saw many people joining us and acknowledging ancient CATHOLIC HYMNS in the LOCAL DIALECT that the EARLIER MISSIONARIES who were Traditional Catholics recalled and lots of CONVERTS were made as we all carried our wooden crosses and followed the Procession signifying our own Crosses and the wood that would be set on Fire to mark the Risen Lord who with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE PAID THE PRIZE for our SINS AND CONQUERED THE FLESH; THE WORLD AND THE DEVILS. LOVES CERTAINLY triumphed as the EASTER VIGIL SAW MANY RECEIVING THE SACRAMENTS OF BAPTISM AND FIRST HOLY COMMUNION and with the EASTER SUNDAY MASS leaving to GO PROCLAIM THE GOOD NEWS OF CHRIST'S LIVING AND LOVE.

CHRISTVS VINCIT! CHRISTVS REGNAT! CHRISTVS IMPERAT!

ALWAYS BE ASSURED OF OUR PRAYERS AND HOLY SACRIFICES OF THE MASS OF TRUE LOVE. LET'S DO MORE FOR HIM WHO LOVES US SO SO MUCH. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.HE LIVES!
